Nuestra Belleza México 2013 was held in Estado de México, Mexico on October 19, 2013.
Thirty three contestants participated in the contest.. Josselyn Garciglia was crowned by her predecessor Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2012 Cynthia Duque.

The Nuestra Belleza Mundo México title was won by Daniela Álvarez from Morelos who will compete in Miss World 2014. Álvarez was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza Mundo México titleholder Marilyn Chagoya.

Nuestra Belleza México 2012 was held in Chiapas, Mexico on September 1, 2012, the competition was won by Cynthia Duque from Nuevo Leon and was crowned by outgoing titleholder Karina Gonzales, Duque will compete in Miss Universe 2013.

Nuestra Belleza Mundo Mexico title was won by Marilyn Chagoya from Veracrus who will compete in Miss World 2013 held in Indonesia on September 28, 2013, Marilyn was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza Mundo Mexico 2011 Mariana Berumen. Lucero Montemayor from Nuevo was selected as Nuestra Belleza International Mexico 2013, she will compete in Miss International 2013
