Nuestra Belleza México 2013 was held in Estado de México, Mexico on October 19, 2013.
Thirty three contestants participated in the contest.. Josselyn Garciglia was crowned by her predecessor Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2012 Cynthia Duque.

The Nuestra Belleza Mundo México title was won by Daniela Álvarez from Morelos who will compete in Miss World 2014. Álvarez was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza Mundo México titleholder Marilyn Chagoya.

Nuestra Belleza Mundo Mexico title was won by Marilyn Chagoya from Veracrus who will compete in Miss World 2013 held in Indonesia on September 28, 2013, Marilyn was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza Mundo Mexico 2011 Mariana Berumen.
